Southwest Orzo salad

Ingredients
dice all the veggies very small and mix with lime juice, cumin, olive oil, and salt and pepper to taste. for a spicier version, add some died jalapeno. rinse orzo in cold water before mixing. Dish is best if able to sit for atleast 3 hours in the fridge.
