* Roe, 100 grams * Semolina, unenriched, 100 grams * Onions, raw, 1 large * Sunflower Oil, 2 tbsp
Choose semolina with a coarser graininess. Very fine semolina will result in very fine creamy fishroe cream, so if you like your fishroe like this, be it then.
Boil semolina carefully, so that it doesn't stick or form balls. If it happens, you'll be able to fix it by using a hand mixer to smooth the semolina cream.
Wait until the semolina cream is cool, then blend in the fishroe and the finely chopped onion. Use a hand mixer if you need a smoother texture.
Serve with fluffy bread as a spread or use with crackers as a dip. Delicious!
