Vegetable Beef Soup

Ingredients
1 lb of lean ground sirloin1 cup of chopped carrots1 cup of diced onion1 cup of diced celery2 tsp garlic10 cups of beef stock1 small can of tomato paste1/2 cup frozen peas1/2 cup frozen corn1/2 cup fresh green beans, cleaned and chopped McCormick's grill seasonings (to taste)
Directions
Brown lean ground sirlin in soup pot, seasoning with McCormicks grill seasonings (to taste). Once cooked thoroughly, remove from pan into separate bowl. Add olive oil to pan and saute the carrots, onion and celery for 4-5 minutes or until tender. Add the potatoes, browned hamburger, garlic tomato paste, stirring well. Then add the 10 cups of beef stock. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat and let simmer for about an hour. Prior to serving, add the frozen peas, corn, and green beans and cook until tender. Serves 8.
