Ingredients
1.5 pounds diced pork tenderloin1 can diced tomatoes1 large can Diced Green chili peppers1 clove garlic pressedSalt and Pepper to tastePinch Red Pepper flakes1/2 cup Pace Medium chuncky salsa
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a crockpot and cook on low for 5-8 hours. Server over brown rice or spagetti squash.
