Ranch Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1/4 cup fat free mayonnaise1/4 cup fat free sour cream1/2 cup cilantro, chopped1 tsp. grated lime zestjuice of one lime1/2 tsp. ground cumin1/4 tsp ground red pepper1 lb. cooked chicken breast, cut into bite sized pieces1 can black beans, 15oz., drained and rinsed1 1/2 cups frozen corn kernels1 red bell pepper, diced1/2 red onion, choppedlettuce - optionalflour tortillas - optional
Directions
In a large bowl, mix the mayo, sour cream, cilantro, lime zest, lime juice, cumina dn ground red pepper. Stir in the chicken beans, corn, bell pepper and onion. Serve over lettuce or on toritillas, or just eat plain.
