Peanutty Butter Cookies

Ingredients
1 c. HyVee Crunchy Peanut Butter (can use creamy)1/2 c. Crisco Butter Flavor Shortening1/4 c. Splenda1/4 c. Sugar1/2 c. Dark Brown Sugar1 egg3 Tbsp. Skim Milk1 tsp Vanilla Extract1 1/4 c. Flour3/4 tsp. Baking Powder1/4 tsp. Salt
Directions
Cream peanut butter and crisco together. Add sugars and mix until well blended. Beat in the egg, milk and vanilla. Add the flour, baking powder and salt and mix in. Scoop out onto cookie sheets and press with a fork.

Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes

Serving Size: Makes 46 cookies (about 3/4 Tbsp each)
