Whole Grain Shell Pasta, 13.25 oz (remove) Cabot Nonfat Cottage Cheese, 3.5 cup (remove) *Lactaid Fat Free Milk, 1.5 cup (remove) Frank's Red Hot Wings Sauce, 3 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Cook and strain pasta
Add milk, cottage cheese, and hot sauce
Put in oven at 350 for 15-20 minutes
