Dirty Turkey Rice with Asparagus

Ingredients
1lb of Ground Turkey2 cups long grain brown rice1 tsp ground red pepper2 tbsp fresh minced Parsley1 tbsp chopped garlic1 tsp onion powder1 tsp salt1/2 tbsp black pepper1 tbsp Oregano4 tsp Mrs Dash Garlic and Herb60 spears Asparagus (10 per person)spray margarine or butter
Directions
Cook the 2 cups of brown rice with 5 cups of water per bags instructions.
In large skillet brown ground turkey as you add the salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and onion powder.
Toward the end of browning the turkey, stir the garlic, Oregano and Parsley.

Start grilling the Asparagus and spray with margarine and top with Mrs Dash garlic and herb.

Once rice is done, add to turkey.mix and cook another 5 min.

Dish on plate and top with Asparagus
