Sicilian sauteed fennel

Ingredients
2 c. chopped fennel, sliced 1/4" thick4 cloves garlic, minced1 Tbsp pine nuts1 Tbsp raisins1 Tbsp olive oilsalt & pepper
Directions
Saute fennel in olive oil 10 minutes or until soft. Add garlic, fry a minute. Add salt & pepper, pine nuts & raisins, stir well & serve.
