Oats & Honey Breakfast Cookie

Ingredients
2 Large Eggs, Beaten1/2 Cup Honey1/4 Cup Coconut Oil1 Cup dried cranberries1 Cup pecans, chopped1 340 gram bag, Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate chips2 Cups Rolled Oats1 Cup Whole Wheat Pastry Flour3 Scoops GlycoSlim Drink Mix (Mannatech)1 tsp Nutmeg1 tsp Cinnamon
Directions
Combine eggs, honey, oil, OsoLean powder, flour & oats. Add cinnamon & nutmeg. Stir in cranberries, pecans & chocolate chips.

Using a Tablespoon size cookie scoop, scoop batter into mini muffin tins or place on cookie sheet 2 inches apart.

Bake at 350 degrees F. for about 15 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 54 "cookies". 3 cookies = 1 serving
