Chicken Chimichangas

Ingredients
3 (5 oz) cans of 98% Fat Free Chicken Breast, drained1/3 cup sliced green onions3/4 tsp ground cumin1/2 tsp dried oregano1 (16 oz) jar salsa sauce, divided8 (8 inch) flour tortillas1 package (8 oz) shredded cheddar cheese, divided
Directions
Combine chicken breast, green onions, cumin and oregano in a large sauce pan, stir in 2/3 cups of salsa. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring often.

Spoon about 2 tbsp of chicken mixture into each tortilla. Sprinkle with cheese and fold up tortilla into a square. Place folded side down into a lightly greased 13x9x2 baking dish. Repeat with all tortillas.

Bake at 475 degrees for 13 minutes. Heat remaining salsa in a small sauce pan (or microwave). Pour over tortillas and spring with remaining cheese. Top with a dollop of sour cream (if desired).
