Refried White Beans

Ingredients
1 - 15oz can of Northern Beans1/2 cup chopped onion1 tbs olive oil1 tsp cumin (or to taste)Salt to taste
Directions
Saute onions in oil until translucent. Add garlic and stir for 1 minute. Use a fork or other implement to mash beans up a bit. Add to pan along with cumin and salt. Stir continuously over medium heat until cooked.
