Graham Crackers3 T. soft butter or margarine1 1/2 c. powdered sugar2 t. white corn syrup3 T. milk1 t. vanilla2 envelopes or squares of melted baking chocolateCool Whip (9oz)2 pkg vanilla pudding mix (sugar free)3 cups skim milk
Make ahead and refrigerate. Line a 13x9 pan with graham crackers. Combine 2 boxes instant French Vanilla pudding with 3 cups of milk. Beat together with 9 oz Cool Whip. Spread 1/2 of mixture on crackers, then a layer of crackers, remaining pudding mixture and last layer of graham crackers. Spread the following recipe for chocolate frosting on top and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
