HCG Tomato Soup

Ingredients
5 small whole tomatoes1 can 99% fat free chicken broth1 can water1 tsp dry basil1/2 tsp peppersalt to taste4 T fat-free milk
Directions
Wash & dry tomatoes. Place on cookie sheet and put under broiler until skin blackens and pulls away

Remove from cookie sheet to saucepan. Add all other ingredients except milk & salt.

Bring to a boil, remove from heat. Let cool and, either with an immersion blender or regular blender, blend all together until smooth. Pour back into saucepan.

Add salt to taste and milk. Heat until hot.

Serving Size: Makes 4 1/2 cup
