Easy mexican rice

Ingredients
1 cup med grain white rice1 large Knorr bouillion cube1tbsp olive oil1/4 cup white onion chopped1/4 cup cilantro chopped2 cups watergarlicchili powdercayan peppercomino
Directions
sautee onions and rice until opaque. add water bouillion and spices bring to a boil cover and turn to low. Let cook for 12 mins. Add cilantro place lid back and steam for 5 mins. Stir and serve
