Slidog's Stuffed Porkchops

Ingredients
4 1/3 lb butterflyed pork chops lean2 cups of prepared stuffing mix ( about 1/3 of a box mix)1 can Chicken Broth ( 100% fat free and 33% less sodium)1/3 cups each of celery and onoin chopped
Directions
preheat oven to 350 degs.
i mix up the whole box of stuffing mix with celery and onion, and can of chicken broth
after mixed place about 1/2 cup of stuffing in middle of each chop and fold over to cover
place rest of stuffing mix in bottom of baking dish ( will be a thin layer)
place chops on top of that and cover and bake for about 60 mins.
check cooking time may be off depending on thickness of chops . I like to slow cook to keep from drying out too much .
add 100 cal. to every 1/2 cup stuffing from bottom you eat.
