Steak Tacos

Ingredients
Tangerines, 1 medium (2-3/8" dia) Ground cumin, 2 tbsp Iodized Sea Salt, 0.25 tsp Roasted Red Peppers, 2 tbsp Pepper, black, 0.25 tsp Garlic, 2 cloves Flank Steak, 1 lb Muir Glen Organic Crushed Tomatoes with Basil, 1 cup Onions, raw, 0.25 cup, chopped Mushrooms, fresh, 2 large Flour Tortillas, 1 tortilla (approx 7-8" dia) Sesame Oil, 1 tbsp
Directions
Remove skin from tangerines and then squeeze juice into a large skillet, add sesame oil, salt, pepper, garlic (minced) and cumin and let simmer on low. Add steak, can be pre-cooked or not, and stir until steak is evenly browned. Add vegetables and stir-fry for about 5 minutes. Serve on warmed tortilla, adding sour cream, cheese or both if you wish.
