Easy Tuna Noodle Casserole For One

Ingredients
Wegman's Chunky Chicken Noodle Soup - Reduced Sodium, 2 servings (1 can)Wegmans Chunk Light Tuna, 1.125 serving (half the can or 2.5 oz)Kraft Miracle Whip Light Dressing, 2 tbspPeas and carrots, frozen, 0.75 cupAny seasonings you want. I used pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Original Mrs. Dash is great, too.
Directions
Open the soup can and drain the liquid. Mix in the tuna (2.5 oz total), peas and carrots, mayo, and spices. Toss in any extra veggies you want or a little extra mayo.

Eat cold or hot. If you want to add a few calories, sprinkle some cheddar cheese on top and then microwave till gooey.
