Banana Oat Chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredients
1 1/2 c. flour1 c. rolled oats1/2 c. white sugar1/2 c. brown sugar2 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt2 tbsp ground flax1 egg3/4 c. milk (1%)1/3 c. unsweetened applesauce1/2 tsp vanilla 1 c. mashed banana1/2 c. chocolate chips
Directions
Mix dry ingredients; add to wet ingredients. Spoon into muffin pan. Bake at 400* for 18-20 mins.
