Mom's Meatloaf Recipe (Sub Turkey for Beef)

BBQ Sauce, 3/4 Cup1.25 Lbs Ground Turkey 93% Fat Free1/4 Cups Light Zesty Italian Dressing1 Box Stove Top Stuffing Mix1 Cup Water2 Egg Whites1 Cup Chopped Onions
preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cook onion in the italian dressing on med heat 8-10 mins. or until onions brown, remove from heat and set aside to cool. Combine ground beef with 1/4 cup of ketchup, onion mixture, stuffing mix, water and egg whites. Put the meat mixture in a loaf pan or similar pan with sides and form into loaf. Spread remaining ketchup on top of meat and bake 55-60 mins, or until 160 degrees inside temp.
