5 skinless boneless chicken thighs1/4 cup egg white1 cup bread crumbs (I use the seasoned crumbs)1/4 parmesan cheesesalt and pepper to taste
cube thighs into 1 inch pieces
dredge in egg whites
mix bread crumbs and parmesan
dredge cubes through bread crumb mix
put on lined baking sheet
bake at 350C for 20 minutes
serve
