1 cup warm water (110 degrees)3 Tbsp honey 2 1/4 tsp quick rise yeast2 T canola oil1 cup white flour1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour2 Tbsp sunflower seeds (unsalted)1 Tbsp sesame seeds1 Tbsp flax seeds2 Tbsp wheat germ1/4 cup dry buttermilk powder
Place water, honey and yeast in the bread machine pan. Let set and foam for 10 minutes. Add the oil. Mix the remaining ingredients together and add. Choose "Basic" and "Start."
Serving Size: Cut into 20 slices, or weigh and divide.
