Chicken with Mushrooms in a Garlic White Wine Sauce

16 oz chicken breast tenderloins, cut into slices2 tsp butter2 tsp olive oil1 tbsp flour4 cloves of garlic, minced12 oz sliced mushrooms1/4 cup white wine1/3 cup fat free chicken broth1/4 cup fresh parsley, choppedsalt and pepper to taste
Season chicken with salt and pepper and sprinkle with flour.
Heat a large skillet, add 1 tsp butter and 1 tsp oil. Add chicken to skillet and cook until no longer pink. Set aside in warm oven. Add remaining oil and butter to skillet and cook garlic for 30 seconds. Add mushrooms. Cook for about 5 minutes.
Add wine, broth and parsely. Stir to loosen up any bits at the bottom of the pan. Cook until liquid reduces by half. Top the chicken with mushroom sauce and serve.
