Ingredients
Egg whites, aprox 3 for one serving1 EggTuscan-style Vegetables (Broccoli, Red peppers, Mushrooms & Onions), 1 cup Spinach, frozen, 0.5 cup (remove)Season to taste (I like an herb blend some days and a different seasons on others)
Directions
Cut open bags pour in desired amount Sauté, and then the pour egg mixture over the vegetable blend. Season to taste.
