Combine oil & garlic in small pan and bring to a boil. Lower hear & simmer 10 to 15 mins until lightly browned. Be careful not to burn the garlic or it will be bitter. Remove the garlic from the oil and set aside.
Combine chix stock, butter & cooked garlic in a med pan & bring to a boil. Lower heat and cook at a full boill for 35 mins until slightly thickened. Mash garlic with a fork, whisk in 1/2 tsp salt and taste for seasoning
