3 cans black beans1 can tomatoes2 tbsp olive oil2 onions chopped4 cloves garlic minced2 cups pumpkin2 cups chopped ham2 tbsp apple cider vinegarpepper to taste
Puree 2 cans of black beans. Puree the tomatoes and pumpkin.
Sautee chopped onions and minced garlic in oil.
Add all ingredients to the pot and cook for 25 minutes.
