Chicken BreastMayflower Curry SauceLong Grain RiceMushrooms
Cook Chicken in Oven for 10 min at 180 degrees after 10 min add sliced mushrooms and cook for further 10 min.
Take both out the oven and chop up the chicken into small pieces.
Make up the Mayflower curry sauce in cold water and heat up slow stirring until thicken and once sauce is thick add chicken and mushrooms and heat for 10 min.
Boil some long grain rice and then serve.
Quick meal and tastes better than take away and healthier :)
