1 C. water1 C. chopped celery1/2 C. chopped carrots1 1/2 C. sliced mushrooms1/2 C. chopped onions1 tsp curry powder2 Tsp red Miso paste1 Tsp sriracha1/2 tsp dry parsley1 Tbl. creamy peanut butter1 C. cooked Lundbergs wild blenddash to taste: coriander, cardamon seed, garlic powder, salt and pepper2 Tbl. craisons12 plain or Wasabi almonds
Lightly oil frying pan with olive oil, Throw in celery and carrots and start to saute while cleaning and slicing mushrooms. Add mushroom and saute
Dissolve Miso paste in 1 cup warm water. Add salt to taste
Add miso and craisons to the veggies. Adjust flavor with the misc spices, then add sriracha to taste, stir and add the cooked wild rice.
Mix in the almonds the last minute of heat to slightly soften
