Gyro Cucumber Sauce

Ingredients
2/3C Cucumber - peeled, grated, drained1/8-1/4 tsp Dill1C Sour Cream3 Cloves Garlic, minced1/8-1/4 tsp Garlic powder1 tsp Garlic Gold2 1/2 TBS Olive Oil
Directions
1. Peel, seed and grate Cucumber, put in bowl, set aside in fridge for 5 minutes.

2. Mix in small bowl all other ingredients and then add Cucumber. Mix till smooth.

3. Chill at minimum 1 hour, best overnight.


Serving Size: makes about 2 Cups (approx 32 TBS), use 2 TBS per serving.
