My Version of Full Bars

Ingredients
8 Cups of Kashi Go Lean cereal (one box)1 cup shredded coconut3 ounces sliced almonds1/2 cup honey or agave1/2 cup reduced fat peanut butter1/2 cup sugar free pancake syrup2 teaspoons vanilla1/4 cup coconut oil
Directions
heat honey or agave, peanut butter, sugar free pancake syrup, vanilla, and coconut oil in microwave until boiling. I stir it several times.
Pour over cereal, shredded coconut, sliced almonds and cocoa. (I have already mixed these quite a bit before I pour on the hot syrup. Take hot syrup and stir into cereal mix. Put into buttered (I used nonstick butter spray) Refrigerate until they feel solid. Cut into 21 pieces. 3X7
