Chicken Gumbo with twist

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs chicken breast meat cut into 2 inch cubes2 1/2 cups frozen chopped okra defrosted1 1/2 cups onion chopped1 cup celery chopped1 1/4 green bell pepper chopped (1 pepper)1 cup sweet red bell pepper chopped1 cup whole kernal golden corn thawed1 can 14.5 oz petite diced tomatoes (reduced sodium)2 1/2 cups reduced sodium chicken broth1 tsp ground thyme1 tsp ground oregano1/2 tsp salt (sea salt preferred)2 bay leaves1 tsp onion powder1 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp hot mustard powder1/2 tsp cayenne pepper1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Directions
in a slow cooker combine chicken all all ingredients. mix well to combine cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours on low or 3-4 hours. Serve over rice.
