3.5 cups 2% milk.5 cup powdered milk3 tbsp fresh cultured yogurt
combine milk and powdered milk in double boiler. Heat to 200 degrees and hold for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and cool to 110 degrees. Add cultured yogurt. Place into Yogurt maker and hold at 100 degrees for 7 hours.
