1 Large Original Low Carb Tortilla (La Tortilla Factory)3 TBSP Pizza Sauce (Kroger)1/4 cup Low Fat Cottage Cheese (Kroger)1/4 cup Pizza Cheese (Kroger)1/4 cup Frozen Spinach (Kroger)
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Place tortilla on pizza stone (or baking sheet)
3. Add sauce & spread, then add cottage cheese & spread, sprinkle with spinach, sprinkle pizza cheese on top
4. Place pizza stone in oven, bake for 5 minutes or until cheese is bubbling (careful not to burn)
You can also add your other favorite pizza toppings, but be sure to add in the calories.
You can also serve this as an appetizer: cut pizza into 8 slices for 37 cal per slice!
