Cornish Hen

Ingredients
1 Whole young chicken (Cornish Hen), thawed2 Carrots (chunked)2 Celery stalks (chunked)3 Potatos (Cubed)1 Onion (chopped)Favorite calorie free seasoning (optional)2 cups of water3 packets of chicken gravy
Directions
Clean the chicken, and place in crock pot. Add vegetables (even stuff some inside the body cavity if you like. It will not affect the cooking time or doneness of meat), potato, water, and seasoning (this is optional because the veggies will also flavor the meat. I like to add a little kick and will often use a seasoning that has a little spice to it). Cook on high for 4 hours. Add gravy mixes and cook for an additional 2 hours on low. Be careful serving; bones will soften and be tough to pick out.
