Greek Egg Scramble

Ingredients
6 tablespoons Egg whites (2 eggs)1/4 cup chopped red onions1/4 cup diced tomato2 tablespoons reduced fat feta cheeseSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl. Pour into a small frying pan that has been coated with vegetable cooking spray. Cook over medium low heat until eggs are cooked through.
