Banana Bulgur Waffles w/ Flaxseed

Ingredients
1 mashed banana2 cups vanilla soy milk1/2 cup bulgur wheat or oats1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour2 tbsp flaxseed meal2 tsp baking powder2 tsp cinnamon1 tsp nutmegvanilla to taste
Directions
Soak oats or bulgur wheat overnight to soften, or pre-cook in microwave. Mash banana and combine all ingredients until slightly lumpy. Cook in waffle maker. Enjoy!

*May substitute other flavors for liquid, or use soy, almond, coconut, etc. milk
