Green Chicken Posole

Ingredients
2 T olive oil1 medium onion, chopped1 cup bottled green salsa4 cups homemade chicken stock1 rotisserie chicken, skin and bones discarded, meat shredded2 cans white hominy, rinsed and drainedsalt and pepper
Directions
Heat the oil in pan. add the onion, cook and stir for 5 minutes.
Add the salsa, cook 5 more minutes.
Add the chicken broth and simmer for 10 minutes. Add the chicken and hominy and simmer till heated through. Add salt and pepper.
Garnish with onion, avocado, cilantro, napa cabbage, tortilla chips as you wish.
