Banana Berry Protein Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup Nonfat Milk1 cup Mixed Berries, frozen1 Banana1/2 cup Egg Whites, pasteurized2 scoops protein powder (I use Max Muscle High 5 Vanilla, because it's low in calories and tastes great with the fruit.)
Directions
Place all ingredients in blender, blend until smooth. Measure out 1 to 1 and a half cup servings, and refrigerate the remainder.
