4 Eggs, 2 packs of Instant Noodles, 1 cup Mushrooms, 1 small Onions, 2tbls Almond Oil.
Fry up the onion and mushrooms in the oil, add the eggs and scramble. Meanwhile, cook the instant noodles as directed on package. When done, drain the soup, reserving the noodles. Mix noodles and egg mixture together. Serve as main dish, or as a side.
