Healty harvest turkey lasagna

Ingredients
I lb. ground turkey3 cups (26 oz jar) sauce1 1/2 cup water1 3/4 cupspart skim ricotta2 cups shredded part skim mozzarella, divided1/2 cup parmesan2 eggs1 tbs dry parsley1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper9 pieces Healthy Harvest Lasagna (uncooked)
Directions
Heat oven to 350
Brown turkey, add sauce and water, simmer 10 min.
Stir together in another bowl, 1 cupp mozzarella, ricotta, eggs, parsley, salt, pepper, and parmesan.
Build lasane as usual using uncooked pasta noodles.
Top with remaining mozzarella.
Cover and cook 45min. uncover and cook 10 min. Let stand 10 min.
Makes 8 servings

    I do this recipe a lot but I use a little less cheese, 1.5 cup of moz, 2-3 tb of parmesan, and I add a little garlic powder and minced onion to the turkey burger to make it taste a little more like regular ground beef, or at least have more flavor. Love this!!! You can't go wrong either way. :) - 11/13/07
