Couscous Chicken

Ingredients
1 cup couscous, dry1 tsp olive oil2 med zucchini, chopped1 medium red bell pepper, sliced1/2 med onion, sliced2 tbsp pesto1 tbsp balsamic vinegar1 1/2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked
Directions
1. Prepare couscous as directed. Heat oil in nonstick skillet over med-high heat.

2. Saute zucchini, red pepper and onion about 5 minutes.

3. Toss couscous, pesto, vinegar, and chicken in skillet with veggies. Heat and serve.
