Ingredients
tyson 99 % fat free ground chicken, 4 serving Chili powder, 2 tbsp Garlic powder, half tablespoonWater, tap, .5 cup
Directions
* put meat, water, chili powder, garlic into pot together, stir meat until it looks like batter you may need as much as 1 cup of water, you dont want it to be thick, add water slowly
* start cooking stirring constantly. you dont want big lumps of meat
* continue until fully cooked, add mustard last.. top hot dog or burger with 2 tablespoons of chili
diced onions would make a great addition

    I ended up throwing these out. I imagined at the end that this would be saucy like all other chili that you put on hotdogs.. No. This was basically flavored ground chicken except the flavor was missing. It's okay though, the hotdogs were just fine with ketchup & mustard. - 8/23/11
