3/4 cup skim milk1 scoop vanilla protein isolate powder1/2 frozen Banana1 Tablespoon Sugar Free Chocolate Pudding Mix, dry1 Tablespoon Sugar Free Torani Syrup2-3 cubes of Ice1 Tablespoon cool whip free
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth. Top with a dollop of cool whip.
