Pasta, cooked, 2 oz (remove)Ground beef, lean, 2 oz (remove)Tomato Sauce, 61 grams (remove)Onions, raw, .50 cup, chopped (remove)Cilantro, raw, 4 tbsp (remove)Garlic, 1 clove (remove)Water, tap, 32 fl oz (remove)Egg, fresh, 1 cup (4.86 large eggs) (remove)Bread, reduced-calorie, wheat, 1 slice (remove)
Add everything to the meat except the pasta & the tomatoes sauce. Form meatballs,place in boiling water.Let them cook until done, then add the pasta & tomatoe sauce,until pasta is done.
Serve with flour tortillas! MMMMMMM
