Homemade Granola

Ingredients
1/3 cup butter melted1/3 cup brown sugar4 cups oats1 cup almonds, chopped coarse1 cup pepitas/pumpkin seeds2/3 cup flaked coconut1 cup raisins
Directions
melt the butter and mix the sugar. combine all ingredients except raisins in a large bowl and mix thoroughly coating with the butter/sugar mixture. spread evenly on a sheet pan and bake at 350 for 20 minutes or so. stirring a couple times in the oven to make sure everything is browning evenly. Add raisins after taking out of the oven. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 weeks
