2 pkgs. (6.5 oz.) Betty Crocker Cornbread & Muffin Mix1/2 C. egg substitute2 TBSP. Olivio Spray Margarine2/3 C. nonfat Milk
Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
Stir all ingredients until moistened but still a little lumpy.
Spoon into muffin tin lined with baking cups.
Bake for 16 - 18 minutes.
