Fresh Baked Tuna Salad

Ingredients
Albacore Tuna Steak, 16 ozCelery, raw, 1 cup, dicedOnions, raw, 0.25 medium (2-1/2" dia)Trader Joe's Plain Greek Yogurt, 0.25 cupBoar's Head Delicatessen Style Mustard, 3 tspOlive Oil, 1 1tspPepper, black, 1 tspLemon Juice, 1 lemon yields
Directions
Lightly coat tuna tuna in olive oil and pepper and 1/2 the lemon juice. Bake them in foil at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes, as desired. Cool slightly and shred tuna in a bowl, adding greek yogurt, mustard, diced celery and onion and remaining lemon juice.
