turkey meat 1 lb or soonioncubanelle peppercarrotszucchinibeef stock
Chop finely onions carrots pepper and zucchini. in a skillet add 1/2 tbsp evoo
add onion, carrrots and peppers sweat them out for a few minutes then add zucchini sweat out again for a few minutes
add meat brown
when brown
add taco seasoning and beef stock cook for five more minutes and serve in shells or over salad.
