HCG Asparagus Frittata

Ingredients
3 egg whites1 whole eggasparagus (1 cup was calculated for dietary info)2 cloves garlic1 Tbsp dehydrated minced onion1 Tbsp water1 tsp parsleysalt/pepper to taste (dash was used to calculate dietary info)tabasco is optional but was added to dietary calculation
Directions
-Preheat oven to 400 degrees
-Preheat Pan over Med heat
-Snap woody ends of asparagus and discard
-snap eash spear into 2-3 pieces and add to pan with garlic and heat until tender
-In bowl, mix eggs and water, add asparagus, minced onion, parsley and salt and pepper to taste
-pour egg mixture into a non-stick baking dish or a dish lined with parchment papper
-place in oven and cook 10-15 minutes until done
-top with optional tobasco and serve immediately
