Tomato Pineapple Pasta with Shrimp

Ingredients
1 can tomato sauce, 1 can diced tomatoes, 1 can pineapple chunks, half a bag of egg noodles, about half a bag of frozen veggies, however much meat you want (i did about 16 small shrimp), and add water as needed if sauce is too think and noodles are not cooking.
Directions
Put everything in a pot and cook till noodles are done and everything is hot.
